HREA Welcomes Sustainability and AI Leader Jeff Keen to Drive High-Impact, Energy-Efficient Facility Solutions.
Jeff will advance facility performance through energy efficiency, renewable solutions, and data-driven strategies that lower operating costs, increase property valuations, and support long-term sustainability.
We are excited to welcome Jeff Keen, LEED® Green Associate™, to HREA, where he will spearhead our Sustainability and AI platform. In this role, Jeff will focus on increasing value for clients—including institutional portfolios, private owners, healthcare providers, and physicians that own medical facilities such as MOBs, ASCs, and physician-owned hospitals—through innovative sustainability initiatives, ancillary revenue projects, and AI-driven solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Jeff brings a wealth of experience from his impressive career in real estate operations and sustainability. Before joining HREA, he served as Assistant Vice President of Client Services at Realty Income (NYSE: O), one of the largest publicly traded REITs in the U.S. with a market capitalization exceeding $54 billion. There, he oversaw and developed sustainability and ancillary revenue partnerships across sectors such as solar energy, EV charging, telecommunications towers, and LED lighting retrofits.
