HREA Continues Its Growth

HREA | Healthcare Real Estate Advisors is pleased to announce that Joe Karnes has joined the company as a Senior Associate in its Denver office.

In this role, Joe will support existing engagements and source new client opportunities. Before joining HREA, Joe was a business development associate with one of the top national institutional healthcare real estate investment and development firms, supporting acquisition and development activities.

Prior to entering the healthcare real estate field, Joe worked for a creative consulting firm where he helped plan, research, write, and edit several bestselling non-fiction books and led a series of successful marketing initiatives for the firm and its clients.

Joe graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2019 with a degree in Economics.
“In 2023, we opened our office in Denver, Colorado to better support our clients throughout the U.S. by having a more geographically central location. Expanding into Denver and adding Joe has been a natural progression for us, according to HREA’s Managing Director, Christopher Stai. Adding “We have a very talented team of healthcare real estate professionals at HREA, and adding Joe will enable us to scale and share our unique capabilities and experience with prospective clients, including tax-deferred opportunities, succession planning, and private equity M&A planning.”
