Consisting of approximately 23,700 SF, the surgical hospital features four (4) operating rooms and two (2) procedure rooms and is primarily musculoskeletal focused offering patients an array of specialty procedures in orthopedics, total joint replacements, pain management, spine procedures, and ophthalmology.
The hospital is one of the few hospitals and the only physician-owned surgical hospital serving the region.
The transaction was structured as a Hybrid Sale-Leaseback, which allowed the physicians to retain ownership in the real estate on a tax-deferred basis, promoting physician alignment, continued distributions, and long-term control for the physicians.
