HREA Announces Sale of Six-Building Michigan ENT & Allergy Portfolio in Western Michigan
Grand Rapids, Michigan – August 14, 2026 – HREA | Healthcare Real Estate Advisors is pleased to announce the successful sale of a six-building medical outpatient building (MOB) portfolio occupied by Michigan ENT & Allergy Associates (“MIENT”), with locations throughout Western Michigan.
The portfolio includes six strategically located facilities in Holland, Grand Haven, Caledonia, Grand Rapids, Grandville and Allegan, forming an established network of outpatient locations serving patients throughout the greater Grand Rapids and Western Michigan markets.
MIENT is a leading regional provider of ear, nose and throat, allergy and audiology services. The practice is partnered with Parallel ENT & Allergy, a management services organization supporting independent ENT, allergy and audiology practices.
